Spinach & Mushroom Quiche

ingredients
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 3/4 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup spinach (sliced)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup grated swiss chess
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pie shell, 9"
- 3 eggs
instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Saute mushrooms and spinach in butter
- Beat together Milk, Half & Half and eggs and then add seasonings and cheese
- Combine the two mixtures and pour into pie shell
- Bake for 35 minutes
