Quiche Lorraine

ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package diced ham
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 unbaked pie shell - 9"
instructions
- Sprinkle cheese and Ham into pie shell.
- Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese.
- Bake in preheated 375 degree oven until firm and browned.
- Let cool. Slice like pie and serve.
