Quiche Lorraine

ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package diced ham
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 unbaked pie shell - 9"

instructions

  1. Sprinkle cheese and Ham into pie shell.
  2. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese.
  3. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven until firm and browned.
  4. Let cool. Slice like pie and serve.
