Pickled Okra

ingredients
- 5 small hot peppers
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp mustard seed
- 2 lb small fresh okra
- 8 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp celery seed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 quart white vinegar
instructions
- Wash & pack in 5 pint jars.
- Place 1 clove of garlic and 1 hot pepper in each jar.
- Mix the rest and bring to a boil
- Pour in jars & seal
- Let stand for 3 weeks
