ingredients
- 3 tbsp Olive juice
- 2 packets Goya seasoning
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp green pimento-stuffed olives
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 dash cilantro, optional
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 onion diced
- 1 bay leaf
instructions
Brown meat, onion, and garlic in a skillet, drain liquid leaving 1 tbs add tomato sauce goya and olives and then olive juice simmer on low about 20 minutes
Serve over rice
