Pecan Tarts

ingredients
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp soft oleo
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cube soft oleo
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
instructions
- Cream together the first 2 items and add one cup flour. Mix and chill 20 minutes in freezer or all night in the fridge
- Shape in 24 balls 1" in size (or 12 larger ones for larger pans) Press in tart pans and fill with this filling.
