Peach Preserves

ingredients
- 8 cups peaches peeled and diced
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 8 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnammon
instructions
- Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil
- boil for 30-40 minutes until thick
- put in hot jars with 1/4 head space
- place lids on jars and 10 minute hot water bath
