Peach Preserves

ingredients

  • 8 cups peaches peeled and diced
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 8 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnammon

instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil
  2. boil for 30-40 minutes until thick
  3. put in hot jars with 1/4 head space
  4. place lids on jars and 10 minute hot water bath
