Mexican Shrimp Martini

ingredients

  • 1 tbsp red Tabasco
  • 3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 3/4 cup Heinz ketchup
  • 6 tbsp avocado chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes chopped 1/4 inch
  • 1 cup yellow onions chopped 1/4 inch
  • 1 tbsp green Tabasco
  • 1/2 tbsp jalapeño pepper deseeded and chopped fine

instructions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix well and chill. For each serving use:

  • 6 oz of cocktail sauce
  • 15-20 small shrimp
  • 1 tsp blackening spice
  • 1/2 oz tequila - optional
  • tortilla chips
