ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 tbsp tahini
instructions
- drain chickpeas (save the juice)
- mince garlic
- run chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice and tahini through a food processor
- add juice from chickpeas if it's too thick and process some more
