Green Salsa

ingredients
- 3 limes
- 1 onion
- 4 serrano peppers
- 4 carrots
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 jalapeño peppers
- 2 habanero peppers
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 12 tomatillos
- 1/4 cup diced cilantro
instructions
- boil carrots until they're a little soft
- slice tomatillos in half
- grill (or smoke or roast) tomatillos, garlic and peppers
- remove skins and chop peppers
- chop carrots, cilantro, garlic and onions
- run tomatillos and peppers through a food processor
- add carrots, cilantro, cumin, garlic and onions to the tomatillo/pepper mixture
- mix in lime juice
