Dry Brisket Seasoning

ingredients
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup garlic salt
- 1 package dry onion mix
- 1/4 cup accent
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp paprika
instructions
Rub on meat. Wrap in foil and then wrap whole pan in foil and bake for 18 hours at 180 degrees. Makes 2 large or 3 small briskets.
