ingredients
- 1/8 tsp ground clove
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp fennel
- 1 tbsp maple sugar
instructions
- Toast fennel in a hot, dry pan
- Combine all ingredients
- Mix and add water until “sausage” consistency is reached"
