ingredients
- 1 tsp yellow mustard seed, crushed
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp Spanish paprika
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tsp brown mustard seed, crushed
- 1 cup unsweetened catsup
- 2 tbsp maple sugar
- 1 tsp black mustard seed, crushed
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp melted duck fat
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic in duck fat until soft but not browned
- Add everything but the catsup and bring to a simmer
- Add catsup for the last 15-30 minutes and simmer until thickened
